DESCRIPTION:Inbjudan av: The Cell\, Tekniska museet. \n\nVälkommen till höstens första Life Science-bar på The Cell. \nUnder en insiktsgivande kväll\, i mötet mellan vetenskap och konst\, utforskar vi sömnbrist och vad man kan göra åt det. \n\n\n\nUnder 2024 hämtade mer än 870 000 personer i Sverige ut receptbelagda sömnmedel på apoteket och bland unga har användningen av sömnmedel ökat kraftigt. Detta trots frågetecken kring läkemedlens effektivitet och långtidseffekter. Forskare rekommenderar i stället psykologisk behandling i form av KBT mot insomni som är lika bra på kort sikt och bättre på lång sikt. \nMedverkande\n17.00-17.15  “Konsten\, sömnen och sömnlösheten”\, Jennie Lorisson\, konstvetare och doktorand\, Handelshögskolan\, samt tidigare verksamhetsledare för Sveriges Allmänna Konstförening. \n17.15-17.20 Poesi med Sara Nazari\, en av Sveriges största poeter inom spoken word.
