The sessions are open to everyone working och studying on Campus Solna – regardless of fitness level – and aim to bring energy and wellbeing into your day. \nCircuit traning – every Tuesday \nA full-body workout where you rotate through different stations with exercises focusing on strength\, mobility\, and recovery – such as bodyweight training\, resistance bands\, and core exercises.
