DESCRIPTION:Invitation by Akademiska Hus: Take the chance to recharge and boost your energy! \nAt Campus Solna\, Akademiska Hus offers free training sessions every week\, led by professional coaches from Urban Tribes. The sessions are open to everyone working och studying on Campus Solna – regardless of fitness level – and aim to bring energy and wellbeing into your day. \nCircuit traning – every Tuesday \nA full-body workout where you rotate through different stations with exercises focusing on strength\, mobility\, and recovery – such as bodyweight training\, resistance bands\, and core exercises. A perfect break in the middle of your day to boost both energy and focus. \nTime: 11.30 AM\nTraining time: 60 minutes\nLocation: the pétanque courts located in the Pelousen area\nContact: johanna.billberg@akademiskahus.se \nPlay tennis with us! – every Thursday.\nA class for beginners and those with a little tennis experience who can rally a few times over the net with a partner.
