Meet Professor Jens Nielsen at KI Science Park Science After Work
Jens Nielsen is the CEO of the Bioinnovation Institute, DK, Professor at Chalmers University of Technology, and Scientific Director at DTU Biosustain, DK. His research is focused on systems biology, the modelling of metabolism, and metabolic engineering of cell factories. Jens has been elected into several academies and received of numerous international awards. He has also extensive entrepreneurial expertise as the founder of several biotech companies. At Science After Work he will talk about his passion for translating academic research to new innovative solutions for the benefit people and society.
